C.J. Alger

C.J. Alger, 61, of Simpsonville, SC, passed away on April 23, 2023. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Nancy Jean Alger; his children Tia Alger and Casey Alger (Tracey); grandchildren, Riley Alger, Alysa Alger, and Cordi Alger; his brothers, Bruce and Owen Alger; his father, Carl Alger; his mother, Mary Shaw; his sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws; many nieces and nephews; and his many friends at Greenville Turf and Tractor – he loved them like family.

C.J. was loved by all who knew him. He was humble, generous, outgoing, and just a lot of fun to be around. He loved helping people, making friends, and entertaining others. C.J. was always the life of the party – his bubbly personality was contagious, and he spread joy like wildfire throughout the room. He was almost never in a bad mood, and he was always there for anyone who needed him.

In his free time, C.J. enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing, and attending Nascar races. He leaves behind a large group of friends and family to cherish his memory.
