Carol Linda Cunningham Williams

Carol Linda (Kinney) Cunningham Williams passed away April 25, 2024 at home, at the age of 88. She was pre-deceased by her parents, William G and Elizabeth S Cunningham, her brother, William R Cunningham, and her husband, John C Williams. She leaves behind a daughter, Julie W Bridges (David), and two sons, John R (Jay) Williams (Susan) and Peter J Williams and two grandsons, Matthew T Williams and Justin L Bridges.

 She was born on March 12, 1936 in Saco, Maine. She moved to South Carolina with her family in the 1950's. She was an active volunteer in many different areas for most of her life. She worked for the Montessori School of Greenville for many years as Miss Kinney. 

 She loved kids. She loved all sports, especially, baseball, basketball, and bowling. She loved being outside doing anything. She loved all animals but had a special place in her heart for her rescued cats. 

 She will be missed more than she could possibly have known. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Humane Society or your favorite charity. 

She always said she didn't want anyone to be sad at her passing. She wanted the people who knew her to go outside and do something they enjoyed together and think of her.
