Catherine Rowland Smith, 79, of Pelzer SC, wife of the late Leland Smith, passed away Thursday, February 12, 2015 at McCoy Memorial Nursing Center, Bishopville. A daughter of the late Newton and Iona Rowland, Mrs. Smith was a member of Beaverdam Baptist Church Of Williamston SC.
Surviving are a son, Phil Fletcher and wife, Sharon, of North Myrtle Beach; a daughter, Sharon Fletcher of Lugoff; two grandchildren, Brian Adams of Cancun, Mexico and Matthew Adams of Columbia, SC.
Services will be announced for later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Care of South Carolina, 1 Caledon Court #1B, Greenville, SC 29615.
