Charles Allison Warder

Charles Allison Warder passed away October 1,2025. He was born in Akron, Ohio May 14, 1933.

He was a 1955 graduate of Princeton University, and later served honorably in Berlin, Germany, in the Army U.S. Military Mission to the Soviet Army. Subsequently he attended Harvard Business School, graduating in 1960.

Several years later he joined Coats & Clark. He retired as Vice President & Treasurer. His later years were spent, comfortably, at Cascades Retirement Community.

He is survived by his partner of 56 years, Michael Comer, sister Nancy Harwood, brother Lawrence A. Warder (Emily), and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be announced at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, Greenville, S.C., at a later date.
