Clinton Mayer, manager at Lowes Grocery Store, passed away on March 20, 2026, in Greenville, South Carolina. Born on January 29, 1975, in the state of Florida, Clinton lived a life marked by dedication both to his work and friends.

Beyond his professional achievements, Clinton was a man of varied interests and passions. He found great joy and solace in fishing, spending tranquil hours by the water’s edge. His keen aim and steady hand were evident when playing pool, a favorite pastime that brought him much pleasure as he made memories with his friends. Known also for his diligence and resolve, he was regarded as a hardworking individual who took pride in seeing tasks through to completion. Most cherished of all were the moments spent playing airsoft with his son Cody and friends.

Clinton is remembered by his daughter, Courtney Crosby; and by his children Cody August Mayer, Destiny Marie Tucker (Jacob Jeremiah Tucker), and Cameron James Timothy Mayer. He was preceded in death by his mother, Naomi Mayer, and by his grandparents. Clinton will be remembered and missed by those who cared for him.  

A memorial service is scheduled from 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the cremation Society of SC - Westville Funerals, 6010 White Horse Rd, Greenville, SC 29611.
