Curtiss Glenn Anderson

Curtiss Glen Anderson, age 71, of Greenville, SC, passed away Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Bon Secours St. Francis Downtown Hospital.

 Born December 25, 1953, in Greenville, SC, he was the son of the late Bobby G. Anderson and Opal R. Anderson of Anderson, SC.

 Anderson (Curt), a USC graduate, was in the retail industry. He began his career in men's clothing, which suited him well, as he was always a snappy dresser. He worked his way up into retail management positions with JCPenney and Books A Million and carved out a career with them. Curt was an avid reader, even as a youngster. Over the years, he had many interests including sailing, horseback riding, weight lifting, landscaping, dining out, and playing & watching golf.

He is survived by his partner in life, Karla McCall of Greenville, SC; siblings Teresa, Steve, and Janet; sister in-law Gina; and their families, including eight nieces and nephews; and nine great-nieces and nephews. 

He was much loved, and we will miss him forever.
