Cyrus Miles Watson III, a beloved husband, son, and brother, passed away on March 2, 2026 at the age of 63, in Greer, South Carolina. Born on July 28, 1962, in Greenville, South Carolina, Miles lived a life filled with adventure, laughter, and a passion for those he cherished.

Miles was known for his engaging sense of humor and courageous spirit. Over the years, he embraced various jobs throughout his career and was currently enjoying his well-deserved retirement. His zest for life was palpable, and he welcomed each day with an adventurous spirit, whether it was making memories on his motorcycle when he was younger, or relaxing at the beach.

A big fan of Clemson sports, Miles shared his enthusiasm with family and friends, often bringing them together to celebrate victories and enjoy the camaraderie of game days. He took great pleasure in spending time with his loved ones, creating an atmosphere of warmth and joy wherever he went.

Miles is survived by his devoted wife, Latricia Watson, who remained his steadfast partner through life's ups and downs. He leaves behind his loving mother, Barbara Watson, and his cherished sister, Cynthia Bell (Robert Walker). He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Kathy Loftis (Rocky) and father-in-law, Mike Treadwell (Barbara), who appreciated his vibrant personality and kind heart. Miles leaves behind numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews who were extremely special to him. Among those include: Latasha Kropp (Krimi "Joe" Kropp), Jaeda and Nico Kropp, as well as Kori Smith. 

Miles was preceded in death by his father, Cyrus Miles Watson Jr., whose legacy of strength and integrity will continue to inspire his family.

While his physical presence may be gone, the memories and laughter that Miles shared will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew him. His adventurous soul and loving nature will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
