Dawna Louise Thompson, 61, of Greer, SC passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Pelham Medical Center.
Born in Lampoc, California, she was a daughter of Donald L. Fitzsimmons and Novena C. Cooley and was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Michael Thompson and her brother Roy Bradford Fitzsimmons-Camp.
She is survived by a sister, Jean Marie Camp Logan (Ron); two sons, Gary (Joseph) Hoel and Dustin L Strelo (Michelle); five grandchildren, Devin Stevenson and Tiffany Hoel, and Jonathan, Emily and TJ Strelo; three sisters-in-law, Joyce A Camp, Rebecca A Farmer and Barbara T Hawkins; and five nieces and one nephew.
A memorial service will be held at Cross Roads Baptist Church, 705 Anderson Ridge Road, Greer, SC on Friday July 27, at 7 pm, with a visitation beginning at 6:30 pm at the church.
Memorials may be made to Cross Roads Baptist Church.
