Dean Everett Gross, known affectionately to his family as Mr. Dean, Deanie, and sometimes Stinky Dean, was born on December 26, 2025, and passed away on May 15, 2026. Though his time with us was brief, the joy and warmth he brought into the lives of those around him were profound and deeply cherished.

Dean’s world was filled with simple pleasures and loving moments. He delighted in car rides, gazing out the window at the passing scenery, and the gentle breeze that touched his face during these outings. He found joy in singing songs by Radiohead alongside his father, creating precious memories through music. He loved his toys, including a rainbow ball, a crinkle book, a blue balloon, and a velcro bee that was often found on his wrist. Wherever Dean went, he was never far from his parents, who lovingly took him everywhere, sharing with him the wonders of the world on frequent walks and outings.

Dean’s affection extended to his animal companions, Otis the dog and Lobster the cat, whose presence brought him happiness and comfort. These simple joys, the company of his parents Natalie Gross and Thomas Gross, and the beauty of everyday moments filled Dean's short life with an enduring sense of love and belonging.

He is also survived by his grandparents, Josh and Amy Gross, and Harley and Darci Deal, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins who hold his memory close in their hearts.

Dean Everett Gross’s life, though brief, was a testament to the pure and lasting impact that love and care can impart. His memory will remain a tender and treasured part of his family’s lives forever.
