Frankie Louise Allen, a beacon of love and faith, passed away on August 4, 2024. Born on March 6, 1941, to Frank and Violet Stairley, Frankie grew up to embody the virtues of compassion, dedication, and a zest for life that touched all who knew her.
Frankie's professional journey was marked by her role as a business manager for a family doctor, where she served with diligence and care for many years. She concluded her career in billing at Greenville Memorial Hospital, where her meticulous work and warm presence were greatly valued. Her commitment to her profession was paralleled only by her dedication to her family and community.
A devoted mother, Frankie's love and guidance shaped the lives of her children, Benny Allen (Jackie), Tammy Clardy, Carol Christopher Sullivan, and Bobby Allen (Sheri). Her legacy continued to flourish through her grandchildren, Crystal, Benny Jr., Jennifer, Heather, Brandon, Mark, Justin, Adam, Brock, and Roger, and she was blessed to see the world enriched by her great-grandchildren, Sabrina, Sean, Olivia, Alexis, Benji, Cara, Roslie, Raelynn, Cheyenne, Stetson, Bryanna, Drake, Kaylee, and Jack. The family tree extended its branches to her great-great-grandchildren, Kashton, Houston, Oakley, and Jackson, who brought her immense joy in her later years. She is predeceased by her daughter-in-law Phyllis Allen, her granddaughter Wendey, and her great grandson George.
Frankie's interests were as varied as they were fulfilling. An avid crafter, she found joy in creating beauty with her hands, whether it was through her intricate needlework or the vibrant blooms in her garden. Her love for cleaning and cooking ensured that her home was both a sanctuary and a welcoming gathering place for all. Above all, Frankie was a woman of God, and her membership at Tremont Church of God was a testament to her unwavering faith. She lived her life praising God and embodying the virtues she held dear.
Those who knew Frankie will remember her as faith-filled, passionate, and generous. Her ability to care for everyone around her, coupled with her boundless energy, made her a cherished figure in her community. Her spirit of generosity extended beyond her family, touching the lives of friends and strangers alike.
As we bid farewell to Frankie Louise Allen, we celebrate a life well-lived—a life that was a gift to many and a story of unwavering faith and enduring love. She will be deeply missed, but her legacy will continue to inspire and guide us. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love of our Lord, as she joins the heavenly choir in eternal praise.
