On October 10, 2022, heaven gained another angel when Ivan Hamby Sr., 73, passed away peacefully at home alongside his family. Ivan Hamby Sr. leaves to cherish fond memories with his four children: Ivan Hamby Jr., Julie Hamby, Jamie Hamby, and Tabitha Hamby; two step kids, and a daughter-in-law: Tricia Hamby.
He was the brother of two sisters and five brothers. Ivan was preceded in death by four of those brothers, his parents, his oldest son, and two grandsons. He was the grandfather of 20 grandkids, and great grandfather of 35 great grandkids.
Service and visitation will be held on October 13, 2022, from 3:0 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at Cremation Society of SC – Westville Funerals.
