Janice Marie Samuels, 66 of Simpsonville went to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday, February 1st, 2024, at her home in Simpsonville.
Born in Greenville, SC, Janice was the daughter of the late William Roy and Cora Miller Hester. Janice was a former teacher at Calvary Christian Preschool and a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Simpsonville. Surviving is her husband of 42 years Richard Lee Samuels; a son, Brad Anthony Samuels, daughter Lauren Samuels Baker and her husband Jonathan, son Micah Alexander Samuels and his wife Cassidy, a sister Martha Looper and five grandchildren: Autumn Samuels, Ashley Baker, Ragan Rainey, Kylie Samuels, and Corabelle Samuels.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by brothers Tommy Hester and Wayne Hester and also son Justin Kyle Samuels.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 7th, 2024, from 3 pm until 4 pm followed by a memorial service at 4:00 pm at Calvary Baptist Church Simpsonville.
