Jeffrey Scott Davis

May 4, 1964 — October 30, 2023

Jeffrey Scott Davis, known affectionately by his loved ones as Jeff, passed away peacefully on
October 30, 2023, in Greenville, South Carolina. Born on May 4, 1964, in Greer, South Carolina, Jeff
lived a life full of adventure, kindness, and deep thoughtfulness.
Jeff was the beloved son of Charlie Andrew Davis and Christene Horton Davis. He shared a cherished bond with his sister, Teresa (Roger Lee) Davis Jones of Charleston, South Carolina, and his brother, Gary Lane Davis of Greer, South Carolina. His nieces and nephews, Allyson Thornton, Lee Jones, Erin Smith of
Charleston, SC and Jessica Davis of Simpsonville, SC, will remember their uncle as a beacon of
kindness and a source of inspiration.
Jeff was a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he received a quality education that prepared him for a successful career. He last worked for Lowe's Home Improvement, making significant contributions and forming lasting relationships.
A passionate outdoorsman, Jeff found great joy and peace in nature. He spent countless hours hiking, canoeing, kayaking, biking, and camping, often accompanied by loved ones who shared his enthusiasm for the great outdoors. His love for animals was profound and kind. The mountains, in particular, held a special place in his heart, a place he could hear the true heartbeat of the natural life he so enjoyed.
Jeff was more than just an adventurer; he was a kind and thoughtful individual. His generosity knew no bounds, and he was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. His adventurous spirit was infectious, inspiring those around him to step out of their comfort zones and embrace the beauty of the world.
Jeff’s light will continue to shine in the hearts of the many lives he touched throughout his journey. His legacy will live on in the stories shared, the memories cherished, and the love he left behind
May we all find comfort in the knowledge that Jeff is now exploring the great wilderness of the heavens. He
will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
