John Allen Eastburn, 63, was welcomed home by his Lord and Savior on June 22, 2026, at his home in Easley. John was born in Greenville, South Carolina, on March 26, 1963. After graduating from Greenville High School in 1981, he went on to work many years at Southeastern Freight Lines. John married his loving bride, Pam, and raised their two children, Hunter and Rachel, together in Easley. John was an active member of Rock Springs Baptist Church and the Praise Sunday School Class along with his wife. He loved to keep up with NASCAR races and was an avid fan of Mark Martin. He took great pride in his Mustang, and loved his german shepherd, Nash. Since his Alzheimer’s diagnosis in 2021, John has been able to spend more quality time with his family, and found so much enjoyment in the concerts, local theatre, and trips they took together. The family would like to thank his nurses at Agape Hospice and his one-on-one caregiver for the support and care they provided John during this season. John is survived by his wife of 33 years, Pam; his children, Hunter and Rachel; his sister, Tina Hamilton; his half-brother, Sean Eastburn; his step mother, Josie Eastburn; and a supportive extended family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Eastburn and Joyce Eastburn. A funeral service will be held at 6:15pm at Geer Memorial Baptist Church, 911 S. 5th Street, Easley, SC 29640, on Thursday, June 25, 2026. The family will be receiving friends prior to the service starting at 5:30pm at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donation gifts be made in his memory to Rock Springs Baptist Church c/o Children’s and Youth Fund, 201 Rock Springs Road, Easley, SC 29642.
