John Franklin Roberts, born on December 23, 1951, departed this life on July 28, 2026. Throughout the years, John lived a life marked by commitment, generosity, and deep faith, leaving a meaningful legacy to all who knew and loved him.

John dedicated his professional years to building and supporting his community as the owner of Industrial Caulking Company and a home construction company. Through his work, he demonstrated not only a steadfast work ethic but also a commitment to quality and integrity that touched countless colleagues, clients, and friends.

Beyond his career, John embraced a wealth of interests that reflected his wisdom and generosity. He was an avid fisherman, spending many peaceful hours connecting with nature. His love for reading religious books was well-known among family and friends, and he often shared insights and inspiration from his readings. John also expressed his creativity through jewelry making—a hobby that allowed him to share hand-crafted treasures with loved ones. Above all, he found the greatest joy in spending time with his family, cherishing every moment and offering his support and presence with a quiet strength.

John will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Dorothy Roberts, who stood by his side through life’s journey, and his children: Joshua Roberts and Misty Smith(Jamie). His legacy continues through his grandchildren, Zander Roberts and Jace Smith, who brought light and happiness to his days. John’s brothers, Jimmy Roberts, J.B. Roberts, and Charlie Roberts, along with Jackie, Patti, Brenda, and Many others who shared a special place in his heart, mourn his passing and celebrate the moments they shared.

He is reunited in rest with his sister Rachel Hall and brothers Mike Roberts and George Roberts. His parents the 7th child of George and Rummel Roberts.

John’s wisdom, faith-filled spirit, and generous nature were evident in all that he did. Those who knew him well will carry forward the lessons he taught through his actions and words, drawing on his example of kindness, perseverance, and devotion to family and faith.

As his family and community mourn his loss, they also reflect with gratitude on the years they had with John and the memories that remain as a lasting tribute to his life well lived.
