Tom was predeceased by his beloved wife, Sierra Lowe, his parents, Alice Emmaline and Burrel Hubert Lowe, his brother Hughbert Biggs, his sister Lonnabeth Slack, his son Michael Dee Lowe, and his granddaughter Kara Lowe. He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with his daughter Mary Houck and her husband Michael, his granddaughter Chloe Sullens with her husband Lucas, and his grandsons Deacon, Immanuel, Justus, and Colton Link.

After earning an Associate's degree in Engineering, he built a fulfilling career as a Mechanical Structural Engineer.
