Juanita "Enna" Huff passed away on September 4, 2025, at the age of 77. Born on December 21, 1947, Juanita's life was a testament to the power of love, music, and family.
Juanita attended Sterling High School, in Greenville, SC. Juanita was known for her outgoing personality, love for playing cards, and passion for playing bingo. Juanita's musical talents were a cornerstone of her life; her voice, a vessel of her love for gospel and old school R&B, could uplift any gathering.
Juanita was the loving matriarch of a large and close-knit family. She is survived by her devoted children, Anita Frazier, Gwendolyn Huff, Darick Huff (Michelle), and Erica Lynette Cheeks. Her legacy of love extends to her cherished grandchildren, great-grandchild, and one great-great-grandchild, whose lives she touched with her spirited nature and boundless affection. Juanita's brother, Odell Huff, and her sister-in-laws, Willie Mae Huff, and Anne Louise Huff, will remember her as a sister who brought light and laughter into their lives. A host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends will also hold dear the memory of Juanita's faith-filled and loving presence.
Juanita's life was a journey of joy, music, and unwavering faith. Her spirit, characterized by her loving and spirited nature, will continue to inspire those she has left behind. As we bid farewell to Juanita, we celebrate the life of a woman who was truly the heart of her family and a friend to many. Her song may have ended, but her melody will resonate forever in the hearts of those who loved her. Juanita "Enna" Huff will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love and faith will endure for generations to come.
A visitation will be held on September 21, at 1PM, and a funeral service will be held at 2PM at Victory Temple Missionary Baptist Church, 1010 Hampton Ave, Greenville, SC 29601, and a burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 1699 Piedmont Hwy, Piedmont, SC 29673.
