Kevin Scott Slack, 68, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed away on February 11, 2026. Born on October 12, 1957, in Bourne, Massachusetts, he was the son of Arliss Ray Slack and the late Opal Jean Slack.

Kevin grew up with a creative spirit that shaped both his work and his hobbies. A graduate of high school with additional college study, he built a career as a graphic designer, a field that allowed him to blend precision with imagination. His love of all things Apple, cinema, and classic movies was lifelong, and he enjoyed sharing that passion with friends and family.

Kevin trusted Christ as his Savior and was a member of Christ the King Church, located at 1223 Grove Road in Greenville. His quiet devotion and steady presence were meaningful to those who knew him. Kevin's family is especially grateful to the elders and deacons of Christ the King, who faithfully ministered to him during his final illness.

He is survived by his son, Thomas Clifford Slack; his daughter, Selene Fox Slack; four grandchildren: Orion, Athena, Andromeda, and Revan Slack; his father, Arliss Ray Slack; and his sister, Cindy Garland, and her husband, Doug Garland. He was preceded in death by his mother, Opal Jean Slack. Great gratitude is also due to Kevin's good and faithful friend, Dave Parkhurst, of Tacoma, Washington.

In loving memory of Kevin, whose spirit touched the lives of many, we invite family and friends to celebrate his memory through a heartfelt Tribute Tune entitled "Light On the Screen."
