Margaret Elizabeth Rutherford

Margaret Elizabeth Rutherford, 78, went to be with the Lord on Dec. 14, 2014. Surviving are five children, David C. Rutherford., Jr., Vernon Wayne Rutherford, Margaret H. Murdick, Stacey Lynn Burckhalter, and Randy Steven Rutherford; 16 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; three brothers and two sisters, Billy Joe Burrell, Boyce Daniel Burrell, Paul Eugene Burrell, Mary Ellen Underwood, and Lena L. Terrones.  Predeceased were two husbands, David Craig Rutherford, Sr. and Robert White; and her parents, Marvin Lesco and Clara Holcomb Burrell.


Services will be held at CSSC-Westville Funerals, 6010 White Horse Rd., Greenville.  Visitation will be from 6 - 7:30 PM on Tues., Dec. 16, with the funeral service at 10 AM on Wed., Dec. 17.  Burial will follow at Rocky Creek Baptist Church, Greenville. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Homestead Hospice.
