Mark's commitment to education was remarkable; he earned a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Kettering University, formerly known as General Motors Institute. He went on to graduate from the prestigious University of Michigan Law School with a Juris Doctor Degree, which paved the way for his distinguished career as an attorney. Throughout his professional life, he was dedicated to the principles of justice and the betterment of his community.
Beyond his legal pursuits, Mark had various personal interests that reflected his vibrant personality. He was an avid cook who enjoyed smoking meats, sharing his culinary creations with family and friends. A passionate follower of politics, he engaged in discussions that stimulated thought and debate. His love for the tranquility and challenge of sailing allowed him to appreciate the beauty of nature, as he often sought out the open water for relaxation and reflection.
Mark is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Keegan; his son, Cameron Keegan, and daughter-in-law, Lindsay; his daughter, Erin Douglas, and son-in-law, Justin; and his cherished grandchildren, Garrin, Blythe, Hunter, Ava, Noah, and Carter. These family members were a source of immense pride and joy for Mark.
He was preceded in death by his son, Bradley Keegan, whose memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him. Mark's legacy of love, wisdom, and unwavering support will continue to resonate within his family and all who were fortunate enough to know him.
