Michael E. Schulz, born on August 20, 1982, passed away on August 9, 2026, just shy of his 44th birthday. Michael’s life was one marked by numerous life challenges both good and bad.

Michael was a graduate of Buffalo State College, earning his Bachelor of Science with pride and commitment. Throughout his life, he embodied qualities that everyone around him recognize—he was faith-filled, spirited, and passionate. These core aspects of his personality shone through in all his endeavors and relationships. Michael’s determination and spirit later led him to become the owner of IDWS LLC., where he invested both his expertise, time and heart into his work. Michael was an avid Bills fan and always looked forward with the mantra that “We’ve Got this”..

Nothing was more important to Michael than family. He is survived by his loving parents, Richard Schulz and Roberta Juerewicz, his cherished daughter, BellaShea Schulz, and his devoted brother, Richard (Michelle) Schulz Jr.. Loving Uncle to McKenna, Natalie, Connor and Avery. Michael also leaves behind longtime girlfriend Andrea Mathews, who held significant places in his life and memories.

Michael’s legacy also includes fond remembrance of those who preceded him in death. He was predeceased by his step-father, Jeffery Jurewicz, and his step-brother, Jonathan Lane. Their memories remained close to Michael’s heart throughout his life..

Those who knew Michael knew he loved his Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ. Mike had a spirited disposition, which inspired and uplifted everyone he encountered. His passion for life, work, and family will be treasured always and greatly missed.
