Neely Jackson Tenney

Neely Jackson “Neal” Tenney of Greenville, South Carolina, entered into his heavenly rest on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. Born on August 1, 1940, in Elkins, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Orvie Tenney and Sally Currance Tenney.

He is survived by a son, Brian Tenney (wife Kimber) of Brooklyn Park, Maryland, and his longtime and cherished companion, Judy Pressley of Greenville, SC. He is also survived by “his boys,” Owen, Eli, Easton, RJ, Robbie, and Jack. They will miss their Papa Neal.

He was an avid traveler throughout his sales career and could recount many stories from nearly every state. He also loved trips to the beach, University of Tennessee football, and Atlanta Braves baseball.

He will be deeply missed by his family, many friends, and all who knew him.
