Patricia "Pat" Falconer, a cherished member of her community, mother, and wife, passed away on March 15, 2026, in Greer, South Carolina. Born on August 15, 1946, in Detroit, Michigan, Pat lived a life marked by kindness, intelligence, and spirited creativity.

Pat earned her bachelor's degree in social work from Mercy College of Detroit, a foundation that inspired her lifelong commitment to helping others. her generous and thoughtful nature was evident not only in her professional pursuits, but also in the gentle care she offered to everyone fortunate enough to know her.

A gifted craftswoman and artist, Pat expressed her creativity through a variety of mediums. She was an accomplished painter, skilled in oils and watercolors, whose works reflected her keen eye for beauty and detail. Her talents extended to quilting, where she combined artistry and craftsmanship, creating pieces that warmed both the heart and home. Nature held a special place in her soul; she delighted in quiet walks in the park and serene strolls along the seashore, finding peace and inspiration in the natural world.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Dick Falconer, and their daughter Lynne Kilgore (Jon). her loving legacy continues through her grandchildren, Meri Kilgore and Sean Kilgore. Pat also leaves behind her sister Catherine Hasse (Daryl), with whom she shared a lifelong bond. Her passing marks the loss of an extraordinary woman whose warmth and creativity enriched the lives of those around her.

Preceding Pat in death were her beloved parents, Florence Linus and James Tabbita, who undoubtedly helped shape the qualities she carried throughout her life.

Patricia Falconer's memory endures in the hearts of her family and friends, and through the art and kindness she so generously shared. Her life was a testament to the power of love, creativity, and thoughtful care.

Services for Pat will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Doctors without Borders, a charity that Pat held dear to her heart.
