Paul A. Perkins, 60, of Westminster passed away April 24,2020. He was the son of Ernest Paul and Ula May Speakmen Perkins. Survivors include his daughters; Heather Dunn and Jennifer Perkins, one sister, Ernestine, and five grandchildren. He loved to do wood working and adored his family.
