Paul A. Rutledge, also endearingly known as “li’l man” by his father, and “Lies” by his closest friends, passed away unexpectedly on December 18, 2020. Paul was born on December 25, 1959 in Roanoke Rapids, NC. He is survived by his son Austin P. Rutledge, a sister Roberta L. Penland (Terry), Natica Heinrich (aunt) of Richmond, Illinois and a host of cousins and friends.
