Phillip Ernest Waddell, 60, of Travelers Rest, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2019. He was predeceased by his wife Rebecca Waddell, a brother John Waddell and a step daughter Peggy Woolling.
He is survived by his step daughters Brenda Buckner of Easley, Kathy Foote of Oregon, a step son Terry Deaton of Sanford, North Carolina, and a cousin Randy Snow of Lyman.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The American Cancer Society.
