Rebecca Gail Spearman Bridwell, 77, of Taylors, passed away on September 27, 2026 at her home after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Born in Taylors, she was the daughter of the late Ansel Joel Spearman and Martha Miller Spearman.

Becky was a loving wife and mother to her husband Mitchell and her son Tony and spent much of her life loving and caring for them.
Becky worked at Belk Greer for 15 years and was still there among her friends when she passed. Prior to that she worked for Orders Tile company for many years before the company was sold. She loved many and was loved by many who will miss her smiling face and always helpful attitude.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years Mitchell Bridwell of the home, older brother, Gene (Janet) Spearman, of Greenville, SC, and sister in law, Diane Spearman of Simpsonville, SC. Becky was predeceased by her son, Tony Bridwell, and one brother Gary Thomas Spearman.
