Richard Delano Watts Sr.

Richard D. Watts, Sr., 91, of Clinton, SC passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2014.
Born in Mountville, SC he was the son of the late Eliza Hudgens and Grover Cleveland Watts. He is survived by his wife, Martha Foster Watts. They have 5 children: Richard (Deborah) Watts, Phyllis (Mack) Hunter, Susan (Gene) Fersner, Lou Watts and Dale Watts. “PaPa” was blessed with 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grands. He is survived by a brother, Thomas (Chop) Watts and a sister, Eliza (Tootsie) Tolbert. He was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 15 at 2:00pm at Hurricane Baptist Church, 2763 Hurricane Church Rd in Clinton. Visitation after service.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Hurricane Baptist Church, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or Greenville Shriners Hospital.
