Rita Ann Wood, 68, of Spartanburg, SC, passed away Thursday, July 8th, 2021. She was born on Tuesday, March 17th, 1953 in Startex, SC to her parents, the late Carroll and Edith Avery Campbell.
Rita was the beloved mother of David Wood, she will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her siblings: Pete Campbell, Sharon Nicholson, Karen Fidler, Linda Campbell and Tammy Huffman. She enjoyed cooking and loved cats.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 7th, 2021 at 2pm at United Christian Church, 105 Daniel Ave., Greer, SC 29651 with a burial to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 14050 E Wade Hampton Blvd. Greer, SC 29651.
