A simple man at heart, Robert found his greatest joy in the love and company of his family. He was a loving and attentive father to his children, Raquel Hornbeck, Dr Reneé DeWeese and Rachel Raimondi, and a cherished life partner to Donna Chancellor. His nurturing nature extended to his grandchildren—Ethan and Grant Hornbeck, Andrew and Samantha DeWeese, and Will Raimondi-Engmann. Known for his talents in the kitchen, Robert’s passion for cooking was not merely a hobby but a heartfelt expression of the affection he held for those closest to him.

Those who knew Robert remember him as funny and friendly, a presence that could light up a room with laughter and kindness. His wisdom and thoughtfulness were qualities that left a lasting imprint on many.
