Ronnie Waddell

Ronnie Waddell, born on December 26, 1950, passed away  on June 6, 2026, at his home.

Ronnie was known for his love of golf, a pursuit that brought him immense joy throughout his years. An avid golfer, he found in the sport not only a challenge but also a source of camaraderie and peace. His enthusiasm for the game was contagious, and many who played alongside him cherished their time on the course, remembering his steady presence and genuine sportsmanship.

He was the son of the late Milton P Waddell and Grace Waddell, and brother to the late Johnny Waddell and Phillip Henry Waddell.

Ronnie is survived by his daughter, Samantha Mahaffey, his brother Charles Steven Waddell (Beverly); nephews Brent Waddell and David Waddell (Jamie); and his great nieces, Amelia and Sofia Waddell. 

The loss of Ronnie Waddell will be profoundly felt by all who knew him. He will be remembered with respect and fondness, his memory forever etched in the hearts of those he loved and those who loved him in return.
