Ruby Dorsey (87) of Liberty, SC passed away peacefully on May 12, 2023. She was born to the late Charles Harrison Riley and Annie Mae Geeter in Greenville. wife of the late William J Dorsey. Ruby is predeceased by Steven Patterson, Teresa Diane Patterson and William Barry Dorsey. She is survived by her three children, Beverly Thornton, Scotty Tyner (Lisa), and Billy Miller (Julie); She lives at home with her daughter Beverly and best friend Robert (Moose) Schaeffer, grandson Barry, Kim, Eric, David, Scott, Brandon, Barry, Cynthia, Oliva, Matthew, Jessica, Heaven, and Joseph as well as 17 great grandchildren. and two great-great-grandkids.

Services will be held at Cremation Society of South Carolina-Westville Funerals on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.
Visitation 1 - 2 PM, with the celebration of life at 2 PM. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery West.
