Outside of work, Scottie enjoyed a variety of interests that reflected his personality and the things that made him happiest. He found peace and satisfaction in woodworking, where he could create with his hands and take pride in a job well done. He enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors, as well as yardwork, which allowed him to keep busy and appreciate the beauty of his surroundings.
