Shane Mitchell Waters

Shane Mitchell Waters, 58, of Greer S.C. passed peacefully on March 26th, 2024.  A native of Greer S.C., he was the son of the late Buck and Judy Ponder Waters. He previously worked for BMW and Greer CPW and was a member of Springwell Baptist Church, Taylors S.C.

Surviving are a son Seth Waters of Greer, a daughter Summer Mason (Tommy) and son Chase Raper (Faith) also of Greer, four grandchildren Ellie and Harper Mason, Luna and Russel Raper, a sister Carla Waters Boykin of Greer in addition are a niece and nephew and many close friends.
Shane was a graduate of Greer High School where he participated in the football program. He liked to play golf and always enjoyed going to watch his son Seth bowl.

A celebration of his life will be held Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024 at Springwell Baptist Church, 4369 Wade Hampton Blvd., Taylors, SC 29687 at 2 pm.  Visitation will be 1:00 - 1:45 pm.
