Janice Michelle 'Shelly' Clasby, 39, earned her Heavenly wings on November 2, 2014.

Surviving are her husband, James Pack; daughter, Brooke Elizabeth Clasby; son, Harley Clasby; two fur babies, Scooter and Junior; her mother and father, Janice Faye Dyer Clasby and Howard William Clasby; immediate family, Dawn Elizabeth Rhoda, Howard Clasby, Jr. (Sharon), Paula Lee Gantt (Chris), Ginny Ann Clasby (Justin), Jeff Clasby, Doug Rhoda (Brandy), Heather Coleman (Ray), Kristen Thomas (Nick), Matt Rhoda (Kenzie), Barry Rhoda (Elizabeth), and Beth Rhoda; 12 nieces and nephews, Steven, Ansleigh, Dalton, Megan, Amber, Katie, Logan, Conner, Tanner, Madison, Bryson Hunter, and Bryson.  Predeceased was a brother, Erik David Rhoda.
