Shirley Ann Howard Runion, born July 2, 1949, died at McCall Hospice House on August 5, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Helen Stephens Howard. Surviving are a brother, Bobby Howard, sisters, Jane Barton and Joyce Moser. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at a later date.
