Stacy Lee White, a treasured soul whose warmth and grace touched the lives of many, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2026, at the age of 66. Born on April 8, 1960, in Lima, Ohio, Stacy was the beloved daughter of Harless Lafferty and Rella Michels, who predeceased her and have now welcomed her into eternal rest.

Growing up in Lima, Stacy cultivated deep roots in her community, always carrying with her a strong sense of family and friendship. Her kindness and compassion were evident to all who knew her, and she spent her life as a beacon of love and support for those around her.

In 1999, Stacy married the love of her life, Thomas Lee White, with whom she shared a bond that was truly remarkable. Their union, which began on November 5 of that year, was a testament to enduring love, filled with laughter and shared dreams. Though Thomas predeceased her, their love story will continue to inspire all those who had the privilege of witnessing it.

Stacy is survived by her loving family, who carry forward her legacy with pride and devotion. Her cherished children, Shawn Gamble (Amanda Gamble) and Brett White (Tori Dye), were the lights of her life, and her adoration for them knew no bounds. She was also the proud grandmother to three wonderful grandchildren: Cameron Gamble , Destiny Gamble, and Nash White. Each of them brought immense joy to Stacy's life, and she took great pride in their accomplishments and happiness.

Her family also includes her caring brother-in-law, Ricky White (Kindra White), and her father-in-law, Oscar White, who held a special place in her heart. The family bonds she nurtured were filled with love and respect, and her presence will be deeply missed by all.

Stacy was preceded in death by her parents, Harless Lafferty and Rella Michels, her beloved husband, Thomas, and her dear granddaughter, Skyla Gamble. She now joins them in a peaceful reunion, leaving behind a legacy of love and remembrance.

Throughout her life, Stacy was known for her compassion, her unwavering strength, and her ability to bring warmth and joy to every room she entered. Her legacy is one of kindness, resilience, and an unyielding dedication to her family and friends.

A celebration of Stacy's life will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory and share the countless stories of joy and love she bestowed upon them.
