Thomas "Mike" Colignon, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2025, in Greer, South Carolina, at the age of 88. Born on February 3, 1937, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to the late James Colignon and Katherine Ringwood, Mike lived a life marked by service, culinary passion, and an unwavering love for his family and friends.

Mike's journey began in the heartland of America, but his adventurous spirit and dedication to his country led him to serve in the United States Navy. His time in the service instilled in him a sense of discipline and camaraderie that he carried throughout his life. Eventually, Mike's culinary path led him back to the South, where he became the pastry chef at Gerard's in Greer, South Carolina.
