Vicki Hart Howell, a loving and kind woman, passed away on December 31, 2025, in Greenwood, SC. Born on August 25, 1954, she embraced life with intelligence and creativity, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Vicki held an Associate Degree in Business Management and a Certificate in Esthetics, showcasing her dedication to personal and professional growth. Her thoughtful nature extended beyond her education; she had a genuine interest in people, delighting in conversations that could brighten anyone's day.

Her hobbies reflected her warm spirit. Vicki cherished reading and found immense joy in spending time with her grandchildren. She loved being around the water, feeling a sense of peace and happiness whenever she was near it.

Vicki is survived by her loving family: her son Joseph Alan Todd, her sisters Pam Rogers and Kim Douglas, her brother Bill Hart, and her grandchildren Jenna Jordan, Ryan Todd, Chandler Todd, Emily Todd, Olivia Todd, Sebastian Moore and Levi Todd. She is preceded in death by her grandson Joseph Earl Todd, and her deceased parents, William Hart and Betty Hart, whose love and guidance shaped her into the remarkable person she became.
