Virginia Greene Murray

Virginia Green Murray, Greenville, born February 6, 1923, died October 27, 2015. She was 92 years old.  she was preceded by her husband George Washington Murray. She was born in Greenville, South Carolina, the daughter of George and Mamie Greene. Her brother Marvin Greene and Violia Greene Styles preceded her.  She was fostered in the home of Arthur and Elizabeth McAllister. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs John Charping and Mrs Kim Fazzone. She had three grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was a church member at Grove Road Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School. A graveside service for immediate family will be held at Greenville Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, please make any memorials to Grove Road Baptist Church, Greenville, SC.
