Lou's journey began as the cherished daughter of Helen Rinser and the late Billy Joe Rinser. Her vibrant spirit was nurtured in a lively household alongside her brothers Pete, married to Angie, Randy, and Jack "Shorty," married to Jamie, and her sisters Linda Pressley and Mary "Cricket" Bowen, married to Rickey. Lou's life was further enriched by her marriage to her devoted husband, Stanley Vanadore, with whom she shared 40 years of love and companionship.

Together, Lou and Stanley raised two wonderful daughters, Jessica Vanadore "Panda" and Kayla Vanadore Brown, married to Daniel. Lou's role as a mother was one of her greatest joys, and she embraced every moment with her children. Her love extended to her adored granddaughters, Emily Grace "Gracie" "Chunk munk," Jayla Daniela "Jaybug," and Holly Noel Brown, and her great-granddaughter, Jurnee Paige Brown. The family eagerly anticipated the arrival of her great-grandson, Braxton Thomas Pepper.
