Tommy grew up in a close-knit family and was a graduate of the local high school. He spent many years dedicating his skills to J & R Fence, where he was known for his friendly demeanor and strong work ethic. His commitment to his job was paralleled only by his devotion to his family and his faith.

He is survived by his loving daughter, Gina Epps, and her husband Bryan; his adored grandchildren, Bristol and Cade Epps; his caring brothers, Jimmy Radford and his wife Janie, Rocky Burdett and his wife Hillary; and his sisters, Judy McCarson and her husband Kenny, Carol Pruitt, and Pam Williams and her husband PeeWee. His life was enriched by the joy and laughter of his many nieces and nephews. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, James and Carolyn Radford; his parents, Alvin and Evelyn Burdett, George Radford and Emily Burdett; and his sister, Jean Wilson.
Tommy's absence will leave a void in the lives of his family and friends, but his spirit will continue to live on through the cherished memories and the stories that will be told for generations. He was a man who created a tapestry of love and kindness with the threads of his actions and the colors of his character.
