in the moments nobody sees.

I reach for my phone to call you,

then remember you’re at peace.

Your voice still lives in my head,

your laugh still fills the room.

I feel you in my heart every day,

even though you left too soon.

You were my strength, my protection,

my safe place, my guide.

Losing you broke something in me

I don’t know how to hide.

But I promise you this, Daddy

your love didn’t leave with you.

I carry it in everything I do.

Missing you is forever,

loving you is too. 🕊️

FOREVER IN MY HEART
